Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre
Was established as the Edmonton General Hospital in 1895 and is now located in downtown Edmonton on 111 Street and Jasper Avenue
Misericordia Community Hospital
Was established in 1900 and is now located on 170 Street and 87 Avenue.
Grey Nuns Community Hospital
- Was established in 1988 and is located on approximately 66 Street and Youville Drive West.
Youville Home
- Was established in 1863 and is located in St Albert
NEW Continuing Care Centre – Villa Caritas
- The tentative opening is 2010 and is located at the Northeast corner of the Misericordia Community Hospital Campus
